Before Lara Bandilla (married, two children) in her mid-twenties devoted herself to the fine arts, she was already a successful model and later actress, appearing in many film, TV and theatre roles. In various solo exhibitions such as "sognando dio" (Rome, 2000) "Penthesilea - the undirected will" (Kleist museum Frankfurt/Oder, 2001-2002), "The time of the dogs" and "Fantastic creatures" (Regensburg, 2003/2004) as well as her stage designs and naturalistic sculptures for many theatres and museums, she has demonstrated an impressive breadth of artistic vision. Lara Bandilla has lived up 'till now in Hamburg, Rome, Regensburg and Cologne.

The 7" single, "Welcome to Paradise" on MHz Records is her first musical work. With it she expands further the range of her artistic expression, which she herself describes as a "unique telling proposition", divided equally between distance and movement around an absolute musical dimension. As she herself says, "going to an exhibition should be like going to a rock concert..." - or like hearing electronic music.
